Birthmom & baby

We have an actual update this time!!!!

We have heard from our agency. They have a birthmom that is due in Dec. she is having a little boy. We have told the agency we are interested. The baby is probably bi-racial. The mom's family is very supportive and that is a great thing. There is a risk with this adoption. The father has been in trouble with the law quite often. The agency said there may be a court hearing for the father and the adoptive parents. This could be a tricky adoption, but we are up to the challenge. With God at our side, we can handle anything. Even though its hard to at times.

I am trying not to get my hopes up too much. It is very hard though. Just the thought of a baby by the end of the year, before Christmas would be the best Christmas present there ever could be!

Pray that if this is the baby that God wants us to have, he will provide it with out too much/ or no complications. We are also praying that if this is not the baby God has for us that he will close the door on it quickly.
